Product Description
Hepatitis B virus infects the liver of humans and causes an inflammation called hepatitis. The disease was originally known as "serum hepatitis" and has caused epidemics in parts of Asia and Africa. Hepatitis B is endemic in China and various other parts of Asia. The proportion of the world's population currently infected with the virus is estimated at 3 to 6%, but up to a third have been exposed.
Application
The kit is for detecting HBV ( Hepatitis B virus) fragment amplified by isothermal amplification methods.

isothermal amplification reaction to ensure the specificity and amplification abilities.

Notes
Kit A should be stored at -20°C; do not freeze and thaw repeatedly.

The DNA Extract Solution should be placed at room temperature or 37°C until the solution becomes clear before use.
The items in each test should be used only once.
